This device records the temperature and humidity in your cellar over time.
It connects to your computer via USB and provides a read out showing any variation in temperature or relative humidity over the period you set it to record.
Data is provided in both graphical and text formats (excel) for easy analysis.
You can determine whether or not your wine is being stored in optimal conditions at all times.
